1. What are your rental rates?
1 week @ $30.00 before GST per week. Please WA us if there is an extension required.
1 month @ $60.00 before GST onwards per month.
Fees include administrative charges.
2.What are your modes of payment?
Deposit in CASH only (as cash is returned on return of wheelchair).
Rental and returns are possible only within Office Opening hours ie
Monday – Friday – 9 am to 6pm
Saturday – 9am to 1pm
CLOSED on Sundays and P.H.
Kindly come at least 30 mins before Closing time.
3. Can I place an advanced booking?
Rental is based on first-come first-served with pick up at our showroom.
Clients are encouraged to check availability prior coming.
4. Can you deliver to my location?
Rental wheelchairs have to be self collected at 345 Jalan Besar only.
We are unable to commit any model of wheelchairs due to regular movement.
5. Weight limit, condition of wheelchair?
Wheelchairs are in USED condition and we do not take new wheelchairs out to rent.
Due to the condition, users weighing higher than 85Kg are encouraged to consider buying a new wheelchair.
In view of safety concerns, our wheelchairs are of standard frame and not suitable for obese users.
6. Would there be any other charges?
Any damage to parts of wheelchairs will be charged accordingly to make good.
Common broken parts include arm cushions, swing away arms (proper handling is to lift the metal frame)
7. Do you answer emails on rental wheelchairs?
a. Local customers : Please visit our showroom at 345 Jalan Besar.
We apologise for not being able to reply emails on rental wheelchairs, we seek to provide answers you may need on this FAQ.
b. Overseas enquiries : As it may not be practical to call us.
Please email us so we may check if its possible to set a wheelchair aside for you.
In doing this service, we hope the convenience will delight customers. In return we ask that customers look after our products so it can be useful for many more customers.
